About Samantha
Interior Designer
Samantha’s interest in interior design began at an early age. Her father and grandfather owned a construction supply company in her hometown in Ohio and consistently pointed out details in homes and public spaces they visited together. Design was presented as the fun and form-driven answer to functional needs in a space. Her favorite instance of this relationship was a newel post at her grandparents’ home that was skillfully milled to hide the fact that the cap lifted out, exposing small trinkets and treats hidden by her grandfather. Fond memories of racing her sisters and cousins to be the first to claim these prizes are cherished dearly. A lifetime of interest in creating and fine arts, paired with a mind that naturally focuses on details and practicality, found its home in Samantha’s choice to pursue interior design.
When she isn’t in the office, Samantha finds herself getting outside with her rescue dog Willie, or coaching volleyball at one of her many coaching gigs. She attended Virginia Tech, graduating in 2016 with a B.S. in Interior Design and a minor in Business.
