About Chris

Joining the Daniel’s team in September 2018, Chris’ construction experience began in 1979 when he got his first full time job working for a local contractor. Prior to joining Daniels, he worked as a Commercial Project Manager for Ames Construction, Inc. in Ephrata, PA. Ames specializes in retail space construction and tenant fit outs. Among other projects, he managed part of the $25 million Belmont Shopping Center project in Lancaster, PA. He owned and managed a home remodeling company which specialized in kitchen and bath renovations for 15 years. He has designed hundreds of kitchens and baths, some of which have won awards. He is a past President of the Building Industry Association of Lancaster County. Chris enjoys fly fishing, boating and dancing with his wife Angie.
