In order to assess the quality level
of our performance, we contracted with an independent research
firm to survey our clients. The contacts were performed as a
blind survey to insure the confidentiality of the responses
and allow the clients to provide a completely candid and honest
evaluation. The research firm withheld the names of the respondents
to protect the integrity of the survey. The following statements
represent a cross section of the comments:
