OUR UNIQUE REMODELING PROCESS

Have you ever tried using one of those big, national "installation" companies for a remodeling project in your home? How did you like the personal service you received? How many times did you hear, "well, we really can't do it that way...?"
At Daniels Design and Remodeling, we promise you a far better home renovation experience. In fact, we've gone to great lengths to develop a project planning process that we believe is second to none. We also believe that each of our clients is unique. We'll never offer you a menu of "one size fits all" construction solutions. Instead, we'll consider your needs, your desires, your lifestyle and your budget before the design process even begins.
What happens when you call Daniels Design and Remodeling for a consultation?
First, we'll listen. Maybe you know exactly what you're looking for, or maybe you have nothing more than an idea, a rough- sketched vision of your project. We'll ask you a few questions, and tell you a bit about our company. When we both know a little more about each other, we'll schedule our first meeting.
The first time you meet with Daniels Design and Remodeling, we'll want to get to know you. Why? We want to understand enough about your envisioned project to begin to create a budget range that fits you and your family. From there, we'll move forward with a Feasibility Study .
A Feasibility Study includes on-site pictures and measurements. You will have a professional design team and estimating team in your home and will work with you to consider many different options. We'll look at budget and lifestyle to discover the possibilities for your ideas. We will deliver a written scope of your project with a real operating budget. Once we reach a consensus, we can begin the Design Phase.
Those big companies love the Design Phase. They also love to TELL you what your project should look like. For Daniels Design and Remodeling, designing your project takes thoughtful discussion. We'll never say there's only one way to do it. We'll make conceptual drawings and talk about specifications and product choices. We won't move beyond the design phase until every aspect of your project has been considered and we've met or exceeded your expectations.
Before construction begins, we'll meet at your home to talk about your project. We'll hold walk-throughs with your Lead Carpenter and any other involved skilled trades. We'll answer your questions, talk about site protection, and assess any special needs you may have.
During construction, we'll continue to meet with you and keep you fully informed. Need to make changes mid-stream? We'll get everyone involved, to make sure we're all on-track. For big jobs, we'll meet every week to evaluate work progress. When we're finished, we'll ask you to grade our performance!
When your project is done and the Daniels Design and Remodeling team leaves your home, we'll still be just a phone call away. Our expert staff remains ready to take care of any service concerns you might have.
Does this sound like a superior remodeling experience to you?
We'd like to meet you to talk about your ideas for your next home remodeling project. We know you'll be pleasantly surprised to discover the Daniels Design and Remodeling approach. Have a look at our online portfolio, and give us a call at 703-239-2700.
