Challenge: The Speers family was unhappy with a cold, outdated and poorly configured Kitchen that was cut off from the Family Room where the kids spent most of their time.
Solutions: We created a warm, inviting and family centered home by removing the wall that separated the two areas and introduced more natural light by expanding the window over the Kitchen sink. After taking the room down to the wall studs, we updated the entire infrastructure, updated all the finishes and increased the functional work spaces with more counter space.
